Hip Hats With Hair are known for it's high-quality designs and hand-craftsmanship.  However, should you receive an item that was improperly made, we will promptly replace the item at no cost to you.  

Our products can be customized to address your special needs. Custom orders and  custom hair color mixing are not refundable or exchangeable. Custom orders may incur additional costs.Please call to discuss your needs.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return it in original condition within 30 days from the day your item was delivered. We invite you to exchange the item one-time, at a cost of 25%.
If you do not wish to exchange the item, please request a refund on your original item only at a cost of 50%.
In addition we may be able to make alterations or adjustments to your original order. Shipping costs and service charges are not refundable.   

We know you may be feeling panicked about hair-loss. But if you are particular about your hair color,  we recommend that you get hair samples first.
