We know you're in a hurry, but if you are particular about your hair color, you'll want to order samples first. (hair colors seen on your monitor are a facsimile of color)

Custom orders, including WYOH items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Should you need an alteration or adjustment, we will do everything we can to accomodate your needs! 

To help ensure your satisfaction with our prodcuts, we will make any adjustments or alterations possible, at no charge.

Any non-custom, Human Hair item may be returned in original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange with the following conditions only: The item may be exchanged one-time, at a cost of 25%. If you do not wish to exchange the item, we will issue a refund on your original item only at a cost of 50%. Shipping costs and service charges are non-refundable. Do call first for a return authorization number.

Any non-custom, AFH item may be returned in original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange.  Returned AFH items wil incur a return fee of 15%. Shipping costs and service charges are non-refundable. Please call first for a return authorization number.

Hip Hats With Hair are made to order by our talented staff at our shop in Tampa, FL.  Hip Hats are known for high-quality designs and hand-craftsmanship.  Heaven forbid, should you receive an item that was improperly made, we will promptly repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
