How to use a ribbon or string...

Use a flexble tape measure.

Measure around the fullest part of your head, just above the browbone. 

If you can't find a tape measure, use a ribbon or string but make sure it is NOT stretchy! Mark the spot on the ribbon and lay it against a ruler. Do this 3 times for accuracy!

Measure your head with a flexible tape measure, such as a paper one, or a  dressmakers tape measure. Don't try to use a metal one.

Measure your head before ordering, and we'll make sure you get the right fit. If you order online, you'll be asked to type in your head measurement. Don't worry if you still have hair. Our products are stretchy, so it won't make enough of a difference. (unless of course you have REALLY-HUGE-BIG-HAIR!)
